accept returns for items sold "as is", for any manuals, or for any type of cut material, (fiberglass, leather, etc) or if an item case / housing (where it applies) has been opened or altered.
Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 14 days after receiving and they

be in the condition they were received.
Any refunds will be minus shipping and handling costs, and minus 15% of the final sale price for relisting / return processing / restocking fee. (Example: an item with final sales price of 0 plus shipping and handling qualifies for refund).
