    bill 1985 with ERROR. FRN MISSING third OVERPRINT, No Seals + Serials PMG Ch Unc 64 EPQ.
    There are no smudges or folds on the dollar! The couple smudges shown in pictures are just on plastic sleeve. I just didn't want to remove it from the envelope.
    Very rare and in new condition. My uncle had it when it came out in 1985 and has held on to it safely in plastic and a book ever since. Accepting best reasonable offers!
